Our new schedule is now live! This includes the addition of a new class on Sunday mornings, and some changes to how our Sunday afternoon classes will be run.
For the Coached Freeplay, plan to come prepared with what you want to work on, and be prepared to help others in their own efforts. You will be working on learning how to be a good coach and partner in addition to whatever you are looking for focus on for your own training. Members of any experience level can attend, but you will be expected to have something prepared.
Our Technical and Fundamentals class will involve work on a particular technical or tactical problem, and will be primarily focused on drilling and mechanics, with a much smaller segment of the class dedicated to freeplay.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays will remain general instruction and freeplay as normal.
Come to our Beginner's Class on 3/8 @ 3PM

All interested parties ages 14+ are welcome to attend, though all minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Please contact us for details or with any questions you might have.
Please attend practice in clothing that is easy to move around in, and we strongly recommend that all men wear a groin cup. Please contact us to let us know if you're planning to attend, this makes it much easier for us to prepare a lesson that you will enjoy and learn from. Our club has members at many skill levels, and it is easier to account for these if we know who is attending ahead of time.
If you have a chance, please review the Expectations and Conduct for the club, so you understand the rules for the gym and a bit about what we expect from you working with us.
